When the 2009 recession hit, she launched Community Residential Solutions, purchasing and fully rehabbing multi-unit buildings and bringing twenty-two residential units back to life—many of which she still owns and manages.
In 2016, she expanded her vision by purchasing and renovating a commercial property at 5936 W. Chicago Avenue, now home to L. May Creations Event Space, a beautiful venue where families celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
